Dynamic movement, mobility, athletic preparation, and getting the body moving.

Athletic Skill
10 Minutes
Weekly focus: balance, coordination, grip strength, jumping, reaction, or climbing.

Strength Circuit
15 Minutes
Timed stations: push-ups, squats, planks, wall sits, pull-ups, hangs, and core. 30 sec work / 15 sec transition.

Weekly Challenge
10 Minutes
Friendly weekly competition: longest hang, fastest reaction, jump, team challenge, or personal best.

Team Activity
5 Minutes
Partner drills build communication, leadership, confidence, and teamwork.

Recognition
5 Minutes
Celebrate hustle, teamwork, improvement, attitude, and perseverance. Finish with recognition and high-fives.
